I was born in Maine and have enjoyed living here in Washington County all my life. My passions are Photography, Antiquing, Painting, Interior Designing, Gardening and just spending time with family and friends. I was a stay at home mom with my two sons until they had started school full time. Shortly after I opened a gift shop here in Milbridge called The Cinnamon Stick. After running the store for 13 years I decided to sell it and go into real estate. In 2003 I went into real estate and worked for Milliken Real Estate and Re/max A1-Associates, which I own and operate today as Water's Edge Realty. 	George Hanington, Associate Broker Email: My name is George Hanington and I'm an Associate Broker with Water's Edge Realty. I was born in Steuben, Maine in the house where I live now. I married Delores West of Milbridge and we have four children. I graduated from Steuben Elementary School, Sumner High School, and the University of Maine with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. I worked as a professional engineer for 38 yrs in various states, but each year vacationed in Maine visiting family and enjoying the Maine outdoors. Since retirement I worked for a while as a Town Manager where I learned many things that has been helpful in my real estate selling career. I like to read, dance, hunt, hike, ski and boat. 	Ken Britton, Associate Broker Email: My name is Ken Britton. I live in the beautiful Coastal Town of Cutler, which is between Machias and Lubec. My wife Pam and I live in an old farm house in which we continue to work on when we can find the time. Pam is an artist who enjoys capturing the local scenery for her finished paintings and woodwork. We have a daughter, Rebecca who teaches math at Machias High School and a wonderful grandson. Both of them followed us here from Texas. I enjoy playing golf and watching sporting events. Most of all, I enjoy meeting new people and making friends with the great people who live in Washington County. 	Billy Majors, Broker Email: My name is Billy Majors. I was born and raised in the southern part of Georgia. Attended college for a few years before going to work for Southern Bell. I was drafted in the army and returned to work where I stayed for 31 years before retiring and moving to Maine. My wife and I opened a B&B on the Kansas Rd. in Milbridge in 2000. I had sold Real Estate in Georgia and North Carolina on a part time basis and became licensed in Maine in 2004. We still operate the B&B and I am proud to be affiliated with Water's Edge Realty. I was not born in Maine but I got here as quick as I could. I enjoy playing golf, ice fishing, snowmobiling and assisting people with their real estate needs. 	Jeffery Taylor, Associate Broker Email: My name is Jeff Taylor, I was born in Augusta and grew up in Windsor, Me. I married my wife Tracy in 1983. We bought our first home in 1993 in Gardner and lived there for 10 years before moving to Cherryfield. We have four beautiful children, Lauren, Jeffery, Philip and Anna Grace. I enjoy 4-wheeling, Hiking, Hunting, Camping and spending time with my family. I received my Real Estate license in March of 2005. 	Becky Baxter, Associate Broker Email: Growing up on the Cape Cod seashore, my love of nature greatly influenced who I am today. Roaming the sand dunes, sidestepping horseshoe crabs and listening to the endless crashing waves were daily joys. I often gathered beach plums, bayberries and wild roses; I fished, dug clams, and rowed boats, all the while the salt air crept into my very soul. So too, the forests drew me into their midst where echoes of Thoreau are as clear as the scent of pine.
